Monday, July 27, started off with Morning Stretches in the activity room. Another simple workout video was shown on the smartboard while residents followed along from the comfort of their wheelchairs. Manicure Monday, afterwards in the activity room, had quite a few ladies getting their fingernails polished and filed. Many of the gals appreciate the added touch to make them feel refreshed. Bingo in the afternoon brought a huge group out to the dining room to play this popular game. Resident Helen Zobrist was our lucky Coverall winner at the end getting her choice between a large candy bar or Bingo Bucks. Senior Table Talk was held in the activity room with many joining in on a wonderful discussion that evening about favorite memories. These nights of conversation are truly enjoyable for many residents to learn more about each other and the activity staff members.
