A special thank you to the youth who graciously donate their time to come sing for those who are shut in. Residents enjoy singing along to familiar hymns and socializing afterwards.
The week kicked off on Monday, April 27, with Balloon Noodle Fun in the activity room. Many enjoy this simple way to get their bodies moving by bopping around a balloon using pool noodles. Manicure Monday, shortly after, is always a hit as the ladies look forward getting their hands massaged with lotion and pretty polish put on their nails at the end. Bingo drew a large crowd into the dining room that afternoon. We had two lucky Coverall winners, resident Carol Knoll and Country View tenant, Sharon Martin. They each got their pick of a large candy bar or Bingo Bucks After supper, a group gathered in the activity room to play foosball. This game has become quite popular as players get very competitive but also have lots of fun with many laughs.
