National Chocolate Éclair Day was Monday, June 22. In celebration of this, a no bake chocolate éclair cake was made for later that morning. The day starting off with Morning Stretches in the activity room. Different exercises were completed from the comfort of staying in your wheelchairs while ’50s music was played in the back ground. Afterwards was the monthly Ladies/Men’s group when residents can come together to chat and enjoy a treat. All had great conversation and some great grandkids even joined in on the event! The chocolate éclair cake was served during this time and many complimented how delicious it was!
