Chicago man charged in McLean County court for 2019 cocaine deliveries

BLOOMINGTON — A Chicago man remains in McLean County custody on drug delivery charges.

Alphonso L. Creed, 28, is charged with four counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance.

He is accused of delivering between 1 and 15 grams of cocaine on Oct. 11 and Oct. 16, 2019, as well as less than 1 gram of cocaine on the same dates.

Creed was jailed in lieu of posting $10,035.

An arraignment is set for May 28.
