Harry Belafonte's 'Calypso' sells more than 1 million copies

The LP album "Calypso," featuring Harry Belafonte's version of the Jamaican folk song "Day-O (The Banana Boat Song)," was released in 1956. It became the first record album to sell more than 1 million copies in a single year.
