Assistant Director of HR Compliance System Human Resource Services University of Illinois System – Urbana The System Office seeks an Assistant Director of HR Compliance. The Assistant Director, HR Compliance provides direction and expertise for Human Resources and Benefits-related compliance and audit activities for System Human Resource Services. The Assistant Director serves as project manager for activities in support of Federal, State, or University mandates and requirements, and facilitates and leads workgroups on an as-needed basis to accomplish policy and benefits program compliance objectives.
