Heyworth tops Fieldcrest: Jamie Law contributed nine service points and six digs, while Dakota Springer and Lauren Kerr each had five kills to pace Heyworth to a 25-16, 25-13 victory over visiting Fieldcrest in a Heart of Illinois Conference match.

Clinton upends Hartem: Seven kills from Savanna Thomas helped Clinton beat Hartsburg-Emden, 25-9, 25-18, in a nonconference match at Clinton. The Maroons also received 12 assists from Meghan Matthews and 12 digs from Jessica Smith.

Wallick sparks Fisher: Tiffany Wallick's nine kills and three blocks sparked host Fisher to a 25-22, 11-25, 25-22 victory over Lexington in a Heart of Illinois match. Brooke Clemmons added 13 digs and four blocks for the Bunnies (6-2, 2-1). Katie Pritchard paced Lexington (5-5, 2-1) with nine kills.

Flanagan edges Tri-Valley: Kenzie Mogged and Taylor Wheat had eight kills each as Flanagan-Cornell earned a 17-25, 25-21, 25-23 victory over Tri-Valley in a Heart of Illinois Conference match at Cullom. Anne Delheimer and Emily Gundy paced the Falcons (9-7, 3-0) in assists with nine each.

Kathy Brown led Tri-Valley with 14 assists while Lauryn Reiners had a team-high 13 kills.

Dee-Mack downs LeRoy: Sheila Gumm dished up 11 assists and Katie Rhoades had 10 service points and four aces as Deer Creek-Mackinaw (6-3, 2-1) posted a 25-19, 25-17 Heart of Illinois Conference win over host LeRoy. Kirsti Clausen (14 assists) and Chelsea Kline (13 digs) paced LeRoy (2-7, 0-3).

Mount Pulaski beats Riverton: Michael Ely had 12 service points and two blocks while Kathy Schmidt and Samantha Nichols had six kills each as Mount Pulaski defeated host Riverton, 25-21, 25-22 in a Sangamo Conference match.

Illini Central wins: Sierra Burris had 13 kills and four aces and Kelsey Laugel added a match-high 19 assists as Illini Central (12-3) defeated Illini Bluffs, 25-18, 25-19 at Mason City.

PBL notches first win: Allison Kolakowski recorded 13 service points and five kills and Kelsey Stagen chipped in with six assists and three blocks as PBL (1-4, 1-2) earned its first victory with a 25-17, 25-23 win over Momence in a Sangamon Valley Conference match at Paxton.

CPCI beats Tri-Point: Haley Dodd recorde 16 assists and Ashley Butt added 10 service points and a pair of blocks to lead CPCI past Tri-Point, 25-18, 25-21 in action at Cullom. Taylor English led Tri-Point with 10 service points, including five aces.

EPG edges Tremont: Mattie Fairchild supplied 19 assists to lead El Paso-Gridley to a 25-15, 25-21 Heart of Illinois win over Tremont at El Paso.

Alison Kinkade added nine kills for the Titans (7-3, 2-0). Mollie Copple and Jacy James each registered eight service points. Nicole Wagenbach had eight kills for Tremont (8-2, 2-1).

Prairie Central tips Mahomet: Prairie Central earned a 25-19, 17-25, 25-19 victory over Mahomet-Seymour in a Corn Belt Conference match at Fairbury. Dani Bunch had 12 kills and six blocks for the Bulldogs (8-7, 1-2).

Cornerstone falls: Cornerstone Christian Academy dropped its first match as Springfield Calvary defeated the Cyclones, 25-20, 25-21, at Bloomington. Sarah Gregory had four kills and one block for Cornerstone (4-1), while Alyssa Jacob added 15 assists, nine service points and three aces.
