DECATUR -- Jordan Mueser, a Normal West High School sophomore-to-be, won the age 14-15 division in the Decatur Soy Junior Open on the par-71 Scovill Golf Course with a 2-under 69 on Wednesday.
University High golfer Katherine Hepler of Lincoln won the age 16-17 girls division with a 69-140.
