Nearly eight months after the election, the Minnesota race for the U.S. Senate has finally been decided.
Republican Norm Coleman conceded to Democrat Al Franken after the state's Supreme Court unanimously ruled against Coleman in his bid to overturn election results.
Franken is expected to be sworn in right after the Senate returns from its Independence Day recess. That should give Franken a couple of weeks to find the Senate restroom before he starts to run for re-election.
