NORMAL - A 21-year-old man woke to shattering glass and his bedroom door forced open to find two males masked with red bandanas holding handguns.

The armed robbery and home invasion was at 4:57 a.m. Sunday at an apartment in the 600 block of South Fell Avenue. The victim said he did not know the intruders. Additional information was released Monday by Normal police, who earlier said there was a robbery, but few details were available.

When the victim turned on his bedroom light briefly before being forced to turn it off, he noticed a third man with a handgun was in the room, police said. He was unable to give police a complete description of the suspects who left after stealing well under $200.
