Cage fighting event coming to Coliseum

BLOOMINGTON - King of the Cage, the popular mixed martial arts organization, will present "Punishment," a night of "no-hold-barred cage fighting" at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 27 in Bloomington's U.S. Cellular Coliseum.

Tickets are priced at $125 for ringside seats, $65 for VIP floor seats, and $35 and $45 for reserved bowl seats. They go on sale at noon Sept. 6 via the Coliseum box office and area Ticketmaster outlets.

The evening's main events will feature such KOTC stars as Springfield local and Elite XC superstar, Justin Robbins; famed fighter Clay Guida's younger brother, Jason Guida; U.S. Wrestling submission specialist Jacob Hey; and another Illinois denizen, Tony Martin.

A "King of the Cage Premiere Package" will be auctioned off, featuring two ringside tickets, a $20 gas card, a restaurant gift card and a $5 parking pass for the night of the event.
